Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and LoudGPT covering loudgpt.com, the web app, the iOS and Android apps and the free tools. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

You must be 13 or over (16 where local law is higher) to use the Service and 18 to subscribe.

2. What the Service does

LoudGPT sends your questions, links and uploads to a third-party AI model, turns the answer into audio and plays it. It summarises podcasts, videos, articles and documents, runs scheduled feeds, and answers follow-up questions out loud.

AI output is not advice.

Answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important against a qualified source.

3. Your account

Keep your login private. One person per account. Delete your account any time from Settings or at loudgpt.com/delete-account.

4. Plans and limits

Plans, prices and usage limits are shown on our Pricing page.

5. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Premium is billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Price rises are emailed 30 days ahead. Cancel any time from Settings, Billing; you keep Premium to the end of the paid period.

Refunds.

First-time subscribers who cancel within 14 days of the first payment get a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law where you live says otherwise.

6. Your content and what LoudGPT makes from it

You own your inputs. We assign to you any rights we have in the outputs. We transmit your inputs to the AI and speech providers to produce your outputs and return them to your device; we do not store them, train on them or publish them. Playlists and history are kept on your device, so export anything you want to keep.

7. Public summary pages

Summaries on loudgpt.com are written by LoudGPT from public content and are not affiliated with the creators. Creators can claim, correct or remove a page by emailing contact@loudgpt.com; we act on valid removal requests promptly.

8. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, harm or deceive people, upload malware, scrape or resell the Service, reverse-engineer it, share accounts, use API keys that are not yours, or generate content that breaks the AI provider’s usage policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Third-party services

AI, speech, payment and hosting providers’ terms apply to their parts. We may replace a model or voice with an equivalent.

10. Availability and changes

No guarantee of uptime. If we discontinue the Service, paid subscribers get 30 days notice and a pro-rated refund. Beta features may change without notice.

11. Our content

The LoudGPT name, logo, design and software are ours. Personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Mobile apps

The iOS and Android apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play under their terms too. These Terms are between you and LoudGPT, not Apple or Google. LoudGPT, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the apps, their support and any claims about them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them. Premium is bought on loudgpt.com; the apps have no in-app purchases. Microphone and notification permissions are optional.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. We disclaim warranties to the extent the law allows. Consumer rights that cannot be waived, including under Australian Consumer Law, are unaffected.

14. Limitation of liability

No liability for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability capped at the greater of what you paid in the last 12 months and US$50, except where the law does not allow a cap.

15. Indemnity

You cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Ending these Terms

You can leave any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break the Terms.

17. Support and contact

support@loudgpt.com or loudgpt.com/support for help; contact@loudgpt.com for everything else.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore handle disputes. Consumers keep the protection of their local law. Email us first; we try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

19. Copyright complaints
